Financial of Pinnacle refused to address issue

On July 2, 1989, I signed up for Financial of Pinnacle's setup assistance at their West Delfina, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $282.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Theodora J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
