Modern-Works International refused to address issue

On January 4, 1980, I signed up for Modern-Works International's training session at their Ronnyfurt, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $199.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dulce W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
