Misleading advertising by Retreat at Diamond

On March 25, 1976, I signed up for Retreat at Diamond's installation service at their Gracielamouth, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $915.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mario O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
