Frustrated with PrestigeTreasury's lack of response

On January 19, 1994, I signed up for PrestigeTreasury's consultation at their Quigleytown, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $809.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Audrey K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
