Refund refused by Comfort Accommodations Hotels

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2086-ZJW-4128 placed with Comfort Accommodations Hotels on December 30, 1982. I paid $327.48 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Baby Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
