Standard Works failed to honor their commitment

On February 4, 2018, I signed up for Standard Works's delivery service at their Eichmannton, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $908.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aaron T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
