I am writing regarding order #ORD-8890-WCD-8438 placed with Resort Hotels Ltd. on May 7, 1997. I paid $586.67 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Estrella E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
