I have been a loyal customer of Steel Manufacturing Builders Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-1400-YJP-7183) on August 21, 1980, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
