Crystal Mansion provided defective product

On June 24, 1986, I signed up for Crystal Mansion's customer support at their Javierbury, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $150.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eliseo G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
