I purchased a tool from Prestige Savings on October 13, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mylene A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
