Cozy Suites & Group Murcia Holdings failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8673-ZDI-3951 placed with Cozy Suites & Group Murcia Holdings on December 3, 1981. I paid $533.2 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dayana Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
