Frustrated with Tech & Manufacturing Tokyo Holdings's lack of response

On January 26, 2024, I signed up for Tech & Manufacturing Tokyo Holdings's consultation at their Port Deronport, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $53.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dominique M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
