I purchased a solution from Production Incorporated Enterprises on September 30, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Fermin Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
