Poor customer service experience with Production Incorporated Enterprises

On November 9, 1987, I signed up for Production Incorporated Enterprises's support package at their New Jacklyn, Maine location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $327.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adella M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
