Unresolved issue with Master-Craft Moscow LLC product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7619-JMI-7318 placed with Master-Craft Moscow LLC on February 2, 2011. I paid $296.84 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aiden K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
