Poor customer service experience with Crystal Palace Destinations Corp.

On February 21, 1982, I signed up for Crystal Palace Destinations Corp.'s training session at their Kennychester, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $79.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rosemary T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
