Misleading advertising by The Classic Lodge

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2274-SAT-7338 placed with The Classic Lodge on March 30, 1982. I paid $342.34 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Martine S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
