False promises made by Pinnacle Invest Partners Enterprises representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3918-YUF-3053 placed with Pinnacle Invest Partners Enterprises on July 10, 2022. I paid $281.46 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Stefan N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
