Billing dispute with Pinnacle Invest Partners Enterprises

On April 4, 1980, I signed up for Pinnacle Invest Partners Enterprises's troubleshooting service at their Wintheiserport, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $537.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jayce K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
