I am writing regarding order #ORD-1218-WCI-3673 placed with Premium Inn International Gold Coast on October 20, 1979. I paid $154.17 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brandy E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
