Expert-Craft refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7134-LIH-3033 placed with Expert-Craft on March 28, 2021. I paid $48.62 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Thelma X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
