Billing dispute with Elite Architecture & Sons Albury

On November 12, 1988, I signed up for Elite Architecture & Sons Albury's customer support at their Rauport, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $70.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Diamond Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
