Warranty claim denied by Works & Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1139-NPY-6204 placed with Works & Enterprises on August 12, 2012. I paid $645.15 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Oswaldo F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
