On January 29, 2003, I signed up for Works & Enterprises's delivery service at their South Hazelside, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $502.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Davon M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
