Account access issues with Secure Capital Gwangju International

On May 29, 1999, I signed up for Secure Capital Gwangju International's training session at their East Marjoryshire, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $763.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sibyl K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
