I want to report a serious concern with Equity International's membership that I purchased on July 31, 1974 from your Kaitlinmouth, Connecticut store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nathan E., but my issue remains unresolved.
