Unauthorized charges from Equity International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9206-ZPT-3037 placed with Equity International on May 30, 2006. I paid $269.1 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Justina N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
