Warranty claim denied by Production & Alliance Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6107-BPF-2327 placed with Production & Alliance Enterprises on March 10, 2011. I paid $383.69 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dessie O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
