I have been a loyal customer of Treasury of Excel LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-9499-DXQ-3062) on October 10, 1995, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
