False promises made by Lodge at Royal International representative

On May 4, 1996, I signed up for Lodge at Royal International's warranty service at their Altenwerthmouth, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $378.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Baylee Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
