I want to report a serious concern with Residence at Classic's accessory that I purchased on July 20, 1994 from your East Brisashire, Maryland store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Laurianne M., but my issue remains unresolved.
