Quality issues with Residence at Classic product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6013-SOY-7522 placed with Residence at Classic on November 1, 2003. I paid $370.91 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Leopold Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
