Warranty claim denied by Titan-Metal

On June 27, 1981, I signed up for Titan-Metal's upgrade service at their East Kristoffer, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $199.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carolyn Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
