Quality issues with Equity Solutions product

On March 7, 1978, I signed up for Equity Solutions's premium plan at their East Robertoburgh, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $410.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Magdalen M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
