I have been a loyal customer of Equity Solutions for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-7656-ZFI-6503) on January 9, 1994, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
