Properties Group Vadodara failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8400-LXQ-4072 placed with Properties Group Vadodara on August 25, 2014. I paid $804.71 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marc I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
