Misleading advertising by Reserve Consultants Catania LLC

On May 19, 1997, I signed up for Reserve Consultants Catania LLC's repair service at their Wunschfurt, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $196.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vivienne Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
