I have been a loyal customer of Fabrication & Corporation for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-7759-JST-7325) on May 25, 1986, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
