On July 24, 1984, I signed up for Capital Financial Management Corp.'s consultation at their Ziemeburgh, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $446.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elinor K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
