Overcharged by Grand Retreat & Destinations for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3999-ZAY-3081 placed with Grand Retreat & Destinations on May 18, 1985. I paid $908.72 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Chris I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
