I purchased a system from Asset of Pinnacle International on April 16, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Donavon U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
