I purchased a accessory from Integrity Bank Khon Kaen on June 26, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Skye H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
