Misleading advertising by Metal Industries Busan

On October 15, 1975, I signed up for Metal Industries Busan's exchange program at their Mazietown, Texas location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $749.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elnora U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
