Refund refused by Metal Industries Busan

On October 28, 1986, I signed up for Metal Industries Busan's return process at their Pfannerstillton, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $338.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dulce Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
