Mansion Destinations provided defective product

I purchased a unit from Mansion Destinations on October 20, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kariane S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
