I am writing regarding order #ORD-4090-BSH-7078 placed with Unified Assembly Enterprises on February 17, 2022. I paid $501.95 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tanya D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
