Misleading advertising by Unified Assembly Enterprises

On October 18, 1988, I signed up for Unified Assembly Enterprises's support package at their Weimannberg, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $971.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reta H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
