Unresolved issue with United Invest International product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1799-SLE-9487 placed with United Invest International on April 30, 1993. I paid $856.76 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mac Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
