Unresolved issue with United Invest International product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7149-PUD-7039 placed with United Invest International on January 17, 2018. I paid $171.33 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ilene K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
