Quality issues with Forge & Solutions product

On September 8, 1999, I signed up for Forge & Solutions's setup assistance at their Fritschfurt, California location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $655.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Horace X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
